Shipping policy

If your item is in stock, it'll ship asap. All shipments take up to 48 hours to process, but some get sent out the same day, test your luck!

All shipment returned to us due to an incomplete or wrong address are subject to a return shipping fee. If you forget to put your apartment number, or enter the wrong address, unfortunately you do have to pay shipping again. TVC is not responsible for any errors in address. 

Once your order has been shipped, you will get an email sent to you with a tracking number. You can use that number to track your package through the USPS tracking system.

Orders typically take between 24 and 48 hours to be processed. Please allow five to ten (5-10) business days for orders to be shipped. Weekends and holidays are excluded from processing and shipping times, so please account for non-business days when placing your order. 

NOTE: Orders placed after 5 PM on FRIDAY will NOT be processed until THE FOLLOWING MONDAY.

All items will be shipped via USPS First Class or Priority Mail. 

USPS DELIVERIES can take between three and ten (3-10) business days.

We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. If you are having trouble tracking your package with the tracking number we provide, please contact USPS.

Unfortunately, we cannot split an order and ship to multiple locations. If you wish to send items to different locations, you will need to place a separate order for each shipping address.

We do ship internationally. Extra shipping fees apply. 

In the U.S. USPS observes the following holidays for 2020, which means we do not ship on these days:

  • New Year's Day 
  • MLK Jr. Day 
  • Washington's Birthday 
  • Memorial Day
  • Independence Day
  • Labor Day
  • Columbus Day
  • Veteran's Day
  • Thanksgiving
  • Christmas Day


Lost or Stolen Packages

- If the package shows delivered to your address, but is missing, you must report the lost package to us within 2 weeks of placing your order (domestic shipments) or 4 weeks of placing your order (international shipments). Once you have reported your lost package, we will launch an investigation with our carrier about the lost package and attempt to have it recovered. If your tracking info shows that the package was indeed delivered to your address, there isn't much we can do.
