Return Policy

For your convenience, we offer our customers the option to return eligible products within 14 days of purchase.

  • Certain products are non-returnable (including, but not limited to, “Final Sale” items, international orders, all collaborative products, and TVC Collaboration garments). 
  • Final Sale Items include sale items, hats, underwear/hosiery, socks, swimwear, gloves, collaborative footwear releases, and other items specifically listed on the individual product page as not returnable.

 

PLEASE NOTE THAT RETURNS OR EXCHANGES WITHOUT PROPER DOCUMENTATION, PACKAGING, AND/OR MATERIALS CANNOT BE ACCOMMODATED. TVC DOES NOT ACCEPT ANY WORN OR DAMAGED PRODUCTS AS RETURNS. CLOTHING MUST BE RETURNED SPOTLESS. IF WE SEE A MARK OR STAIN WE CANNOT ACCOMMODATE YOUR REQUEST.

Domestic U.S. Returns

To begin the process of returning your eligible order, please contact us asap.

  • You will then be prompted to select your item(s) for return and instantly generate your UPS return shipping label.
  • For U.S. returns, customers will be granted an online gift card equal to the amount paid for the item(s) returned, minus an $5 restocking fee. Original shipping cost will not be reimbursed. The online store credit is valid until used within 12 months.

Global-E International Returns

To begin the process of returning your eligible International order submitted through our shipping partners, please contact us asap.

  • You will be prompted to enter the Order ID and Email Address associated with the order. Thereafter, you may select your item(s) for return and instantly generate your Int’l return shipping label.
  • For International returns, customers will be granted an online gift card equal to the amount paid for the item(s) returned, minus an $5 restocking fee. Original shipping cost will not be reimbursed. The online store credit is valid until used within 12 months. 

Important: Duties and/or customs paid upfront at checkout are considered non-refundable by TVC. You will need to reach out to your local customs agency to further process a customs/duties refund. 

IN ADDITION, IF WE REASONABLY DETERMINE THAT A PURCHASED PRODUCT THAT MIGHT OTHERWISE BE ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN WAS ORDERED THROUGH THE USE OF A ROBOT OR OTHER AUTOMATIC DEVICE OR SOFTWARE, WE RESERVE THE RIGHT, IN OUR SOLE AND ABSOLUTE DISCRETION, TO REFUSE ANY SUCH RETURN, TO REFUSE TO OFFER ANY REFUND, AND/OR TO CHARGE A RESTOCKING FEE.
